In your first week, use it once every 2 or 3 days,
For the second week, increase usage to 3-4x a week, every after a day.
Use regularly (once a day) in the succeeding weeks.
PRECAUTION.
Do a patch skin test before use. If no irritation or redness occurs within 24 hours, continue to use. Otherwise, refrain from using the product. Avoid eye area.
